Queendom EP7 Review – #PrintRey Romance & #MaiFon Tension

We had high hopes for this one. Episode 7 of Queendom leaned more “newbie cute” than “mature steamy.” Still, it kept us swooning over Print and Rey while Mai and Fon had us practically begging to lock them in a room with a bottle of truth serum. Let’s break down our top scenes from the episode.

1. Fon the Wingwoman Extraordinaire

Fon was out there running defense like the MVP—blocking interruptions so Rey and Print could bask in their freshly-coupled glow. Honestly, what manager goes that hard to protect her client’s budding romance? We stan. At this point, she’s less manager and more big sister. Sign us up for her services, stat.

2. Print & Rey’s “Classic Couple” Moments

Sure, it’s cliché, but it’s accurate. From Print calling Rey “baby” the morning after their confession, to the inevitable “when do we tell people?” convo—these scenes felt spot-on. Add in their 10-day anniversary (yes, TEN DAYS) with Print showering Rey in flowers like a sapphic florist on steroids, and we had to applaud. Queen behavior only.

3. Mai’s Guarded Heart & Top Energy

Mai, girl… you’re killing us. Clearly shaped by past hurt or strict upbringing, you refuse to act on what you really want, and it’s going to bite you eventually. That said, your line at the bar? Chef’s kiss. Fon wants to drink with you, and you hit her with: “People who end up having a drink with me don’t usually end up calling me a friend.” Ooooof. Pure top energy. Fon was shook, and we were giddy.

4. The Love Scene (Almost There…)

We’d be remiss not to mention the love scene. The bra reveal? A+. The effort? Appreciated. But the execution leaned more “first-timer awkward” than “seasoned sapphic heat.” The self-touch instead of couple-touch start pulled us out a bit. Still, we’ll give points for trying and hope future episodes bring the steam.
