The sapphic adventure saga marches on! Stay With Me Season 4 delivered another mystical ride with gorgeous leads, supernatural twists, and enough longing stares to keep us invested. But while the magic still works, this season left us with mixed feelings. Let’s break it down—sass, wit, and all.

What Worked
🔥 The Chemistry
Our favorite duo continues to sizzle. It’s clear the two leads know how to spark on screen, and this season finally brought intimacy moments that actually matched the story. Not perfect, but definitely a solid A-. We’ll happily take that win.
💔 The Ending
Confession time: we hated the ending. (#EangMickey forever!) But—and this is a big but—it made sense. Eang’s sacrifice felt true to her arc, and the bittersweet edge kept us emotionally hooked. Also, Mickey refusing to promise to “move on”? Gut punch, but in the best way. Somebody call Grandma—we’re counting on her meddling to reconnect these two!
🌟 Character Overlap Done Right
One thing this production house does well? Seamlessly weaving characters across stories. The surprise cameo of Grandma’s new boo helping the leads in the finale was absolute gold. Bonus points because that actress is ridiculously good-looking. (Yes, we noticed.)
What Needed Fine-Tuning
🌀 Story Structure
For longtime fans, we could fill in the blanks. But for first-time viewers? Good luck. The story lacked context and often felt underbaked, like key details were left on the cutting-room floor. And honestly, being trapped in the same two sets didn’t help. With so much stellar Thai GL content dropping these days, the bar is high—and this season skimmed just below it.
⏳ Four Episodes Only?!
We get it—it’s a mini series. But four episodes felt criminally short. These two leads bring too much chemistry to waste on a blink-and-you-miss-it season. A couple more episodes could’ve fleshed out the story and given us the context we craved.
Final Thoughts
We’ll always cheer for Series Siam because they get sapphic storytelling. They’re sticking to what works instead of chasing trends, and we love that consistency. Multiple seasons give fans a chance to build real connections to the characters—and that’s rare.
But here’s the tea: Stay With Me S4 needed more meat on the storytelling bones. Gorgeous leads, strong chemistry, and a daring ending kept us watching, but next season? Give us richer context, a few more episodes, and maybe just a bit more magic.
Until then, we’re strapped in and ready for whatever comes next. Well done, Series Siam—now don’t leave us hanging.
