Okay, we’re just going to say it — thank the sapphic goddesses Nam is finally gone! That woman was the most manipulative chick around. She’s officially #2 on our “Most Loathed Villain” list for #ThaiGLs (and trust us, competition is fierce).
But seriously, Pat, how do you not see how this woman’s playing you? It’s giving “girl, wake up” energy. We were screaming at the screen the entire hour. Let’s break it down — because this episode had everything: rooftop drama, hidden cameras, sapphic tension, blood, tears, and a pinky promise that healed the nation.

Rooftop Rage and the Nerve of Nam
We open right where EP6 left off — with Nam mid–manipulation, pretending to kiss a sleeping Pat as Prem walks in. The woman had her top down, shoulder exposed like she’s in a bad novella. The nerve.
Prem storms out, and Pat, freshly awake and confused, runs after her. The two meet on the rooftop for a fight that’s equal parts passion and pain. Both are right, both are wrong. Pat swears she’s innocent; Prem, still reeling from betrayal, reminds her that trust — once cracked — isn’t easily glued back together. Their words sting because they’re both still bleeding from old wounds.
Prem storms off to be alone. Pat tries to follow but, of course, Nam fakes cramps to trap her. Girl, how many problems can one woman have? So instead of going home to her girlfriend, Pat ends up playing nursemaid to the most toxic woman in Thai GL history. Meanwhile, Prem’s at home, waiting. Alone. Ugh. Get it together, Pat.
Prem’s Friends = MVPs
Cut to Prem at work the next day, clearly upset. Her friends notice and give her the pep talk of the year.
“Don’t let that woman steal someone you love.”
Facts. A reminder that sometimes you have to get out of your own head and fight for love. Meanwhile, Nam continues her manipulation spree, acting all innocent and frail while scheming harder than a daytime soap villain.
Enter Thawat, the Ex-Fiancé We Didn’t Ask For
Prem runs into her ex, Thawat, who claims he wants to “apologize.” Sure, Jan. Within minutes he’s grabbing at her, trying to pull her into his arms, completely ignoring her “no.” Thankfully, Pat shows up like the knight in silk armor, shoves him off, and steps between them.
But Thawat can’t resist being trash one more time, throwing the line about Pat being just a plaything for her.
Oof. That one hits. Combined with unresolved tension from the rooftop fight, Pat’s jealousy flares. They argue again — Prem pointing out that Nam is her Thawat, Pat raging that Prem should have trusted her. Two hurt women, zero resolution. Prem walks off. Both end up crying alone. And Nam? Still scheming in the shadows.
Nam’s Hidden Camera Chaos
When Pat, still upset, ends up back at Nam’s place, we knew disaster was brewing. Nam spills juice on Pat’s top, tells her to change into some old clothes in her bedroom (red flag!), and while Pat’s gone, sets up her phone to secretly record.
She saunters up to Pat after, dragging her finger up her arm, whispering manipulative nonsense, wrapping her arms around Pat’s neck. The tension is suffocating — and not the good kind. Pat finally turns her head, saying, “Don’t give me a reason to hate you.” (Which… good line, but girl, why not shove her off?)
Nam lets Pat leave, then instantly edits the footage to make it look like something it’s not — and sends it to Prem. The woman has no soul. When Prem sees it, she’s heartbroken, but you can see her trying to remember her friends’ advice. Nam’s gaslighting is Olympic-level at this point.
Sita and Bow: Blessings Be Upon Them
Just when we’re ready to toss our remote, the other couple steps in to bless our eyes and hearts.
Dr. Bow encounters a patient who flirts a little too long, just enough for Dr. Sita to notice. Sita pulls Bow aside like, “You like sweet things?” Bow smirks and replies with the line of the episode:
“No. I prefer the taste of…”and kisses her.
Damn, doctor. That’s a prescription we’d all fill. It’s hands-down one of the best side-plot moments in the series — witty, sexy, confident, and exactly the balance this chaos needed.
Prem’s Patience Meets Pat’s Wake-Up Call
Prem shows Sita the messages from Nam, who (because she’s the only one thinking rationally) tells her: make Nam realize that no matter what happens, Pat is yours.
Meanwhile, Pat’s bestie Ticha — bless this woman forever — reads her like an open book. She tells Pat exactly what she needs to hear: delete Nam’s number and stop letting manipulation ruin your relationship. Finally, someone with sense.
Pat listens. She shows up at Prem’s house, takes her hand, apologizes, and we get the sweetest pinky promise moment — the one fans have been waiting for. Prem kisses Pat’s pinky and they promise to communicate better and be more understanding. It’s intimate, emotional, and the healing we needed.
The Call, the Kiss, and Karma on Speakerphone
That night, they’re cuddled in bed when Nam calls. She’s pulling the “no one loves me, I want to die” card. Pat panics and starts to get up — but Prem, in a queen move, pushes her down, kisses her neck, and says she smells too good to leave.
It’s sensual, yes, but it’s also justice. Pat’s brain short-circuits, and by the time she remembers how to form words, Prem’s already writing a whole new chapter in their love language. And from what Prem hinted at later, let’s just say Pat eventually found her words — loudly — while declaring exactly how much she loved that new chapter.
Let Nam hear what love actually sounds like. She hangs up, furious, and starts destroying her kitchen in a jealous rage. It’s chaotic, messy, and totally deserved.
Morning Mayhem & Blood Games
Morning sunlight, tangled limbs, serenity… interrupted by Pat’s phone blowing up with photos of Nam’s bloody hand. Because of course. Pat rushes over to “help,” still too kind for her own good.
Meanwhile, Prem confides in Bow and Tan at the hospital, showing them the texts & photos. The two instantly clock Nam’s manipulation and decide to handle it — exactly as they did in the book. These two deserve medals.
The Restaurant Showdown: Justice Served (with a Splash and a Slap)
Nam, summoned by Prem, arrives at the restaurant looking smug enough to curdle milk. The woman walks in like she owns the place — hair perfect, voice dripping condescension, convinced she’s still got the upper hand. But what she doesn’t realize? Our girl Prem called this meeting for sport.
Prem sits there — cool, collected, scalpel-sharp. She doesn’t raise her voice once. Every line she delivers is clinical precision, like a heart surgeon in the OR — steady hands, unshakable focus — carefully cutting away the rot without breaking a sweat. Each word lands exactly where it should: right under Nam’s skin.
Nam, predictably, can’t handle it. The calm unnerves her. The confidence infuriates her. So what does she do? She grabs her glass and throws the water — full splash, straight in Prem’s face. We gasp. Prem doesn’t even flinch; she just blinks through the droplets, wipes her cheek, and calmly says something that slices deeper than the water ever could.
Nam fires back, voice rising, words sharp and venomous. The two trade lines like scalpels — Prem cutting with cool truth, Nam slashing with insecurity. Nam is unraveling in real time.
And then — crack. Nam’s hand connects across Prem’s cheek. The slap echoes through the restaurant, turning every head in the place.
For a moment, Prem just stands there — jaw tight, eyes burning, but still controlled. And that’s when Pat enters.
She doesn’t walk in — she storms in, every ounce of her energy locked on the chaos unfolding in front of her. One look at Prem’s flushed face, water dripping down her neck, and it’s game over.
Pat goes off — not shouting, but steady, fierce, and absolutely done. She tells Nam she’s not her property, never was, never will be. She declares her love for Prem — raw, unfiltered, and loud. It’s the moment we’ve been begging for all season.
Nam, seeing her control slip for good, lunges forward to attack Prem. Pat reacts instantly — she grabs Nam, pulling her back, and the scuffle sends all three of them crashing to the floor.
Nam scrambles up first, eyes wild, and snatches a jagged shard of glass from the floor. Prem freezes — but Pat doesn’t. Without hesitation, she steps in front of Prem, taking the slice across her arm. The sound of Nam’s gasp is almost louder than ours.
Bleeding but unshaken, Pat straightens and lays down the law: Nam is to stay away from both her and Prem — or face charges. The weight of her words hits harder than any slap.
Hero moment: unlocked.
From across the room, Bow and Tan step forward — calm, composed, and just the right amount of smug — urging Prem to get Pat to the hospital. Prem, still reeling from the emotional wreckage, immediately moves to support her injured lover.
Nam collapses to the floor, surrounded by shards of glass — a literal reflection of the chaos she’s created. It’s poetic justice in its purest form: every manipulative stitch of her plan cut clean by Prem’s precision and Pat’s love.
For the first time in episodes, we breathe again. The air feels lighter. Our girls are bruised, bandaged, but finally free.
Later, the truth comes out: Bow and Tan had orchestrated the entire setup. They’d shown Pat the doctored video, told her about the meeting, and made sure Nam would expose herself in public. Strategic brilliance disguised as friendship — and exactly the kind of backup every woman deserves.
Pills, Kisses & New Promises
At the hospital, we get the legendary pill-fed kiss — a Thai GL tradition, but executed here with the perfect blend of tenderness and heat. In the book, we learn that Pat hates taking pills, which makes the moment extra sweet. But in the series, it plays differently — Pat knows exactly what she’s doing, using the opportunity to have Prem take care of her in a far more affectionate (and effective) way. Wink.
They reaffirm their love, promise to keep no more secrets, and the chemistry feels natural, earned, and completely alive.
And Just When You Think It’s Over… Thawat Returns
Because the universe refuses to give these women peace, Thawat tries one last desperate stunt — outing Prem to her conservative parents. But karma moves fast in this universe. The moment they uncover his treachery, they shut him down hard. He’s booted from their lives faster than a bad hospital intern, and honestly? We cheered.
It’s poetic justice — the man who thought he could weaponize truth ends up exiled by it. But while we’re celebrating the boot (and trust, we are), we can already see the clouds gathering. Because if you’ve read the books, you know this move sets off a chain of heartbreak and obstacles that we won’t spoil here — but let’s just say the road ahead won’t be smooth.
And yes, because he can’t help himself, Thawat takes one final low blow: leaking photos of Prem and Pat together. We’re assuming to the press — because of course he would. The man’s as petty as he is pathetic.
Final Thoughts
This episode was everything — emotionally draining, maddening, cathartic, and deeply satisfying. The acting? Top tier. The writing? Faithful to the book with smart updates. And the chemistry? Still elite.
“Poisonous Love” EP7 gave us heartbreak, revenge, reconciliation, and redemption — all while reminding us that love, trust, and communication are the real power trio.
We’re braced for what’s next. Because if EP7 was war… EP8 is about to be judgment day.
