Runaway had all the makings of a sapphic masterpiece — a fresh horror concept, two T-pop icons, and a fandom ready to combust — but the execution turned a dream setup into a plot maze. From the rushed love triangle to the lullaby soundtrack and missing chemistry, the series never gave us anything real to root for.
